Turnover of “My BP monitoring Card” to the BHW for distribution among newly identified (15) hypertensive patients for easy identification last May 25, 2017. During the recent community exposure in our two weeks stay from May 9-26, 2017, the group have identified fifteen new hypertensive individuals where ten (10) individuals are classified as having stage I hypertension and five (5) individuals are classified as having stage II hypertension. To date, there are eighty seven (87) individuals with hypertension in the community.
