October 2018 Resurvey



 This exposure, our community planned of having a resurvey regarding our five (5) different Community Health Problem. To give you a background of our Community Health Problems, our group intends to address health issues on Solid Waste Management, Toilet sanitation, unsafe drinking water source, Undernutrition among Children Five years old and below, High prevalence rate of Tuberculosis, Hypertension and Mental Health Problems.
Our group aimed to determine the sustainability of previous interventions made in the Barangay. In addition, we integrated our individual research questionnaires in partial fulfillment of our requirement as Doctor of Medicine.


The survey was a 10-day activity conducted on Puroks Jupiter, Mars and Uranus.
