It was a tiring week for our group since we are on our second week of gathering primary data on among the families in our community. We are all tanned and tired that morning when Dr. Fatima Kunting, our community preceptor, invited us to get tanner on our R&R (short for Rest and Recreation) day. We weren't so excited for that day to come and almost all of us even claimed we will not enjoy the view because we underestimated the place before we get to see it.
But when we arrived Butanas Resort, we were amazed with its beauty and the first thing that came into our minds is "swimming". It was as if the pool was pulling us towards it, the weather was perfect for swimming and there were but a few people... just perfect!
We arrived earlier than the other group because it was our first time to go to the resort and we finished our errands earlier. After having our short snack, we went swimming and then when the other groups came, we decided to have our lunch and who would miss the karaoke?
We spent the next three hours straight singing until we lost our voices but it was a fun day, anyway.
